    Group roots trace back to the establishment of Landes- und Hypothekenbank in Carinthia. Source

  2. 2007

    BayernLB became majority owner (50% + 1 share) of Hypo Group Alpe Adria. Source

  3. 2009

    The Republic of Austria acquired 100% ownership in December. Source

  4. 2014

    A winding-down structure was implemented and the entity was renamed HETA Asset Resolution AG. Source

  5. 2021

    HETA Asset Resolution AG was removed from the commercial register after liquidation. Source
