Hypo Alpe Adria Alumni Club is a private, independent initiative for former employees and participants connected to entities historically known as Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank, Hypo Group Alpe Adria, and HETA Asset Resolution.
Our purpose is to preserve trusted professional relationships and support meaningful alumni collaboration in a calm, high-trust setting.
We are not a corporate successor, nor affiliated with any former or existing legal entity.

Group roots trace back to the establishment of Landes- und Hypothekenbank in Carinthia. Source

BayernLB became majority owner (50% + 1 share) of Hypo Group Alpe Adria. Source

The Republic of Austria acquired 100% ownership in December. Source

A winding-down structure was implemented and the entity was renamed HETA Asset Resolution AG. Source
